Required Credentials:
• An on-site drug screen will be conducted with the following panels: Amphetamine, Barbiturate, Benzodiazepine, Cocaine, Meth, Methadone, Opiates, Oxycodone, PCP, Marijuana, and Buprenorphine. Failure will result in a cancelation or assignment.
• Drivers License/State ID: Government Issued Photo ID
Unit/Facility Details: Tdap declinations are not accepted at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Special Requests:
• RTO required with submission, expect to work some holidays
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Floating Requirements: RN will rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, transition (no post-partum)
