Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.

Unit/Facility Details: All Service Lines: Ortho: Major Ortho, Joints, Spines, Sports Med, Trauma Neuro: Cranies & Spines Bariatric Program Ent: Head & Neck Free Flaps & Reconstruction, As Well As Basic Ent Cases Ophthalmology: Retina, Cataracts, & Occuloplasty's

Shift & Scheduling: 2-8's/2-12's, occasional weekends/holidays.

We are open Monday through Friday. Closed on nights, holidays and weekends.
