Types of Patients on Unit: 35 weeks in labor, Mom/Baby couplets
Unit/Facility Details: 4 L&D beds, 7 postpartum
Ratios: Labor 1/1-2, PostPartum 1/2-3
Special Requests: Block scheduling
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Requirements: Every third weekend
Holiday Requirements: As needed; Depending on availability
Floating Requirements: First to float; Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1/1 with patients
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
