Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 months.

BSN completion preferred

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Knowledge of Oasis, data collection. MUST have Home Care Hospice experience, 1 yr acute care required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Hospice nursing experience: Preferred.

Required Credentials: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR): Required.

Special Requests: Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.

Shift & Scheduling: Hospice can be weekends and after hours, mileage is in addition to rate.

Floating Requirements: Travelers may float at any time between units and mid-shift to meet the needs of the patients and Client Facilities.
