Travel Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Skills: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Cardiovascular, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, Endocrine/Metabolic, IV insulin protocols, Gastrointestinal, Feeding tube care and management, Genitourinary/Renal, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Medications, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Neurological/Psychiatric, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Pre/Post neurosurgery, Plastics, Surgical drains, Respiratory, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy care/management, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Titrate Cardiac drips, Wound Care/Wound Vac.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience.

Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. NIH only accepted through AHA, Apex, or NIHSS websites.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free parking in parking lot.

Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend.

Floating Requirements: Required to float between Progress West and St. Peters as needed. All travelers will float within service line.
