Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: This candidate will need to have strong skill set in the OP and IP setting, with flexibility and adaptability. A minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday to Sunday.

Floating Requirements: Float specific need that will be based out of Joy Drive but will support all units within a 40-minute radius of the home unit, i.e., UVMMC Acute, Berlin, Joy Drive.
