Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 30 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from the last 2 years
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.
- Must have telemetry experience.
- Must have Amiodarone and Cardizem Drip exp
Unit/Facility Details: RN Patient Ratios: 4:1 or 5:1, depending on patient acuity.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend
- Rotating holidays
