Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Prior inpatient rehab is preferred
Will complete a transfer training class – 8-hour schedule
Shifts: 2 - person for Night shift 7pm – 730am and 3 - person for Day shift 7am – 730pm.
Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
