Must have at least 9 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

IV Therapy Certification (Required)

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

• SNF only background

Preferred Skills/Experience: Med Surgical or Telemetry nurses

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Med pass and basic med surgical nursing

Equipment Used on Unit: Hoyer lifts, ivs, pegs, trachs, PD and wound care
