Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Home Health and Oasis experience. Homecare Homebase documentation experience. Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

Unit/Facility Details: Coverage: Topaz/Garnet and Ruby (Hollywood Hills, Koreatown, South LA, Inglewood, Beverly Hills and Bel Air) May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address. Average 6-7 visits per day depending on type of visit for PTA/COTA
Any overtime must be pre-approved.

Shift & Scheduling: On Call: Yes. Schedule: Monday-Friday.

Floating Requirements: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
