Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills / Experience: One (1) year of experience in administration of medications, experience in an inpatient setting

Required Credentials: BRH approved behavioral emergency response and de-escalation training

Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing

Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratio: Days - 1/15-21, Nights - 1/25

Proof of Identification: Driver's License or US ID Card

Shift & Scheduling: Day / Eve / Night; will not flip flop back to back.

No on-call shift

Weekends are required on a rotating basis
