Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Oncology Unit experience.

3 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

**Required Skills/Experience:**Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, coordinate, plan and evaluate nursing needs of assigned patients.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Oncology or previous health care office experience.

Required Credentials: LPN Degree from an Accredited Institution and completion of educational requirements for NCLEX-PN examination. Completes Oncology Specific courses and competencies within 1 year of hire. Obtain Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) within one year of hire Within three years of hire, obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) to replace Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification.
