Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience within the past 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CCC-SLP (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Dysphagia/Swallow assessment Cognitive and Aphasia care.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Background in rehab SNF is helpful if not have HH.

Types of Patients on Unit: CVA, ALS, MS, Variety levels of Dementia.

Shift & Scheduling: 8a-5p, Monday - Friday or 8a-6p, Monday - Thursday.

Floating Requirements: Coverage area: South King - Burien, Tukwila, Kent, Federal Way) and Pierce County (Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup).

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
