Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Proof of Identification
Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have minimum 1 year of home health with a Medicare certified facility.

Floating Requirements: Territory: primarily in West Seattle but could be asked to see patients wherever needed in king county
