Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

NIHSS (Required)

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Floating between facilities may be expected between Manteca & Modesto or Riverside & Moreno Valley.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

You must take a 1 year break between staff and travel for ALL Kaiser facilities.

This position is subject to floating to units within the clinician's skill set.

Preferred Skills/Experience: One (1) year of current experience in progressive or intermediate care unit.

Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Cert: ACLS, BLS, PALS - AHA, American Red Cross, Canadian Heart and Stroke, Military Training Network only.

Special Requests: No holiday weekend time off will be accepted.
