Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Nurse Educator experience.
BSN completion required
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a District of Columbia license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry, 2 years of educator experience required in teaching hospital setting, Candidate must have Stepdown/IMC/ICU experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: vent, 5-7 years clinical experience in specialty preferred (2 years minimum req)

Preferred Credentials: MSN preferred

Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon- Friday, Clinical Candidates must work the entire shift of the night before the holiday for the Holiday rate to go into effect; that is, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
