Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from last 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

ACLS (Required)
NRP (Required)
Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Required:

EPIC / Stork - Preferred

Labor & delivery experience - Please list amount in comments

Willing to work all shifts

Willing to learn and work all 3 areas

Member of P.A.I. - Preferred

Current/Previous/OB/Gyn experience - Preferred

Skilled with equipment in L&D, Post Partum, and Nursery

Proficient starting IV’s specific to Obstetrics.

Acclimates to 2 and/or 3 areas of obstetrics.

Knowledgeable about meds specific to Obstetric population

Certified in fetal monitoring. (External and Internal) with competency if applicable

Skilled in labor management, C-Sections and Recovery, Circulating and/or scrubbing
