Requirements

Experience

24 months of acute care experience.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Cardiac Stepdown

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years in Stepdown in an acute care setting

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer able to pull pacer wires

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend, Must be flexible and work as needed holidays and days around holidays

Floating Requirements: Floating to ICU but would only take stepdown patients unless have ICU experience and this would be noted as ICU ok to float on contract
