Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: EFM interpretation and intervention, adult and neonatal assessment skills.

Required Credentials: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing.

Special Requests: Approval of time off? 2 gold tickets/year and request off before next schedule is posted

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: every other weekend
Will they be on call? If so, what is that schedule? LOC per census and LOC rotation
Holiday Expectations: 3 holidays scheduled, 1 on-call, rotating schedule
This contract can be 36 or 48 hours

Floating Requirements:

Med/surg – as helping hands
Could be floated within scope of practice and below
