Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Step Down Cardiac - Required

Orientation is weekly, on Mondays

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend: Every Other

Call Requirements: As Needed

Float Requirements: As Needed/ Resource Team

Patient Population: Serves all ages.

Required Skill / Experience: Tele/ Cardiac Step-down

Patient Types / Common Diagnosis: Intermediate Cardiac Care Bedside and Telemetry monitoring. 20 Acute MI, ACS, Pulmonary Edema, CHF. Arrhythmia, Chest Pain Post op Carotid endarterectomy and stents Post AAA Post PCI, Interventional Cardiac Cath with Arterial lines IV infusion.
