All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. Cert: ACLS, BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only, NIH - AAP, AHA or Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS).

Shift & Scheduling: Shift: Variable (traveler will work either straight days or straight nights, but the exact shift will not be known until closer to the start date and based on current staffing needs at that time). Is on-call req: No. Weekend req: Yes.
