Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Step Down Unit experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Holiday Requirements: Every other

First to Float

Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boarding

Must have PCU experience & be able to read strips

More of a tele/ cardiac unit

Nurse-Patient Ratios: 1/4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1/3

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: adults and geriatrics, Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid Bipap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, penumonia covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsis

Experience or 'Must have' skills Tele/ cardiac RN wanted with PCU experience

Ok with first time travelers

Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs Provided? any color scrubs
