Requirements
Experience
9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)
OTR (Required)

Additional Details:
IP Rehab
Required Skills/Experience: Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous experience in inpatient rehab.
Shift & Scheduling: Open to working on weekends. (minimum of 2 per 4 wk period expected), Minimum of 2 per 4 wk period required
Floating Requirements: Other Methodist Inpatient Rehabs is possible
