Skills: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, GI surgery, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, IV insulin protocols.
Unit/Facility Details: Could care for COVID patients.
Shift & Scheduling: 2-3 per month (likely every other), will be expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays; no RTO between Christmas and New Years
Floating Requirements: Due to the size of their CCU, these patients could be placed in other areas of the hospital. Traveler could have a mix of CCU/IMCU/Acute Care patients if required. The CCU ratio is 1/2 if they are indeed CCU patients. If there is an overflow, stable downgraded patient waiting to leave it could be 1/3 IMCU is 1/4 ratio. If the CCU was full of overflows for some reason it would be the same as IMC so it would be 1/4 In the chance they'd get reassigned to Acute Care or Ortho it could be 1/5.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
