Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Pharmacy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM/ 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

1 Year of acute care Chemo trained experience - Required

Chemotherapy Review and Preparation Skills - Required

Preparation of patient specific chemotherapy infusion/ injectable orders in a USP 800 environment using closed system transfer devices

Graduate of an APCE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.
