Must have 2+ years of CSTFA with Robotics, General, Gyn, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics & Trauma.

This facility will only accept NBSTSA Certificate, no exceptions. Please make sure NBSTSA Cert & VA License or status of license is indicated on submission package or it will be rejected.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirements: On-Call can include Weekends

On-Call Requirements: 6-8 on-call per week *can include Weekends
