No block scheduling requests.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply

· Clinician to Patient Ratios :1/1

· Type of equipment :Hanah Tables, Jackson tables, vascular beds, Cysto beds, Robot beds

· Scheduling requirements:8’s, 10’s 12’s shifts available. Call 1 night a week and 1& a half weekend q 8 weeks. Weekends are 48 hours and a half weekend is 24.

Requested Skill Set: Experience in a level ll or higher. Must be proficient in Ortho trauma, Crani’s, Burr holes, Robotic general (Appy, Lap Chloe) Cystos, ENT, Total Joints

Advanced skills needed: Proficient in DaVinci robots, Ortho trauma, Crani

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
