Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Neurology Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Nurses Only - BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting. 3 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it's within 1 year of start date. Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.

Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.

Neurology Outpatient Clinic

40 hours per week

No weekends, No major holidays.

Outpatient Clinic- specialty Movement Disorder, Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease

1-3 years of neurology experience.

Must be able to demonstrate competencies in neurological assessments (motor strength, sensation, gait, mental status, level of consciousness).
