• Active Immunotherapy Specific/Non Specific, Administration of Interferons, Administration of Interleukins, Recognize/manage side effects, Alteration in skin and mucous membranes, Altered mental status, Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting, Neuropathy, Hospice care, Patient/Family education and support, Withholding/withdrawing treatment, Inpatient oncology, Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma

• Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience, LTAC Experience, Previous Charge Experience

Required Credentials: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Drivers License/State ID: Government issued photo ID

• Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Special Requests:

• Lab appointment, Docusigns and Badge Photo must be completed within a minimum of 1 week signing the contract.

• Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 4x12 or 3x12 - able to accommodate 3x12s if a candidate.

• Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend.

• No on call.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
