Additional Details:

Respiratory Therapy - Adult

General Adult Care and Adult Critical Care.

RRT or CRT accepted.

Adult Critical Care Experience. Adult ICU experience.

General Care assignments in Adult population as needed.

Ratios: Workload dependent on RVU bases 580 minutes assigned out of 720-minute shift. ICUs similar assignment, but RVU allocation could be higher.

Orientation: One week department orientation, then shadow and trained to general care, then third week will be in charge of own assignment.

6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.

Floating Expectations (i.e. first to float, None, etc): General Care outside of ICU.

Holiday expectations (i.e. 1 major, 1 minor): 1 major, 1 minor.
