Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.

Minimum of 18 months recent ED experience.

Must have 18 months perm ED prior to travel.

NIHSS Certification: AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Healthstream Certs are not acceptable. Must be updated every year unless cert states two years.

One recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission.

PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.

BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case.

Facility does not accept any license hits.

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

Facility has a strict do not call policy.
