Requirements
Experience
60 months of role experience is required from last 3 years.
12 months of Case Management experience is required from last 12 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Flexibility to float between medicine and surgical units
Required: Minimum five to seven years of previous nursing experience required, Minimum of one-year in case management, discharge planning, or utilization review
