Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Proficiency with the OASIS assessment tool, including all types of OASIS documents. Recent Back Office experience with HCHB. Knowledge of home health regulations and CMS guidelines.

Preferred Credentials: OASIS certification.

Unit/Facility Details: OASIS Reviewer

Shift & Scheduling: This role will work remotely out of PST Business hours- some weekend availability required.
