Required Credentials: Driver's License/Government Issued ID and Social Security Card is required to apply.
Unit/Facility Details: Mgr. open to reviewing Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant candidates.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Shift: Mon-Fri
- On call: as needed.
- Weekend: as needed.
- Holidays: minimum 2 major, 2 minor.
