Weekend Requirements: Every other
Holiday Requirements: Rotating based on weekend group
Floating Requirements: Typically to PCU, possibly to MedSurg
RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Nurse-Patient Ratios: 1/2-3 for adults, 1/2-4 for Peds
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adults and Pediatrics, sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
