Required Adult Case Skills/Experience: CVA Rehabilitation, Traumatic brain injury, Lower Extremity, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Spinal cord injury, Upper Extremity. Required Modalities/Manual Skills/Therapies Skills/Experience: Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound. Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement. Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls. Required Evaluation Tools: Cognitive Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Other Perceptual Assessment. Required Billing/Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments.
Required Credentials: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Shift & Scheduling: Open to 4x10s as well. Weekend req: rotating every 6 weeks.
Floating Requirements: Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by.
