Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

CNOR (Preferred)

Additional Information

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Experience Needed: Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, Robotics.

On call is required

Possibly 15 call shifts per month. Call will vary from one month to the next. Typically it is 5-6 shifts every 4 weeks

Must have: Patient advocate as circulator while being a resource for the sterile field

Preferred Skills: Experience as circulator, Experience as Scrub

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General), Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics

Scrubs provided by facility

Weekends and On call(if any): Weekend position needed. If staff member works during the week, they are required to take call as stated above
