Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Case Management experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
ADN completion required
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license
