Charge Nurse Experience - Required

Floating: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed

Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.

On-Call / Call Back: None

Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience

Experience with indwelling drain removal, PICC line care/dressing changes (hard stop skills)

Patient Ratio: 4NW Ortho Neuro 1/6 ratio; 1/7 after 2300

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
