Required Skills and Experience: This is a Scrub Role and Panning is completed by a Rad Tech at the end of the table. Experience with STEMI’s including use of IABP, Impella, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, 4 port manifold
Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with STEMI’s including use of Shockwave (preferred)
Required Credentials: Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start
Shift & Scheduling Requirements: M-F + call, Team lead to make scheduling, posted 17 days prior- for 6 weeks at a time, ability to be flexible in looking at 4-10hr shifts instead of 5-8s. Weeknight/Call Requirements 1 day per week (weeknight call hours are 3:30p-7a, Mon - Thurs). Weekend/Call Requirements every third weekend on call, (from Friday-to Monday morning, weekend call is 24hr and Monday night 3:30pm - 7am). Holiday/Call Requirements every other. What is call response time? 20 minutes response
Special Request Requirements: RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
