Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: -Inpatient Rehab experience. -Acute care experience is a plus also.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
-Typical occupational therapy treatments with rehab patients

Equipment Used on Unit: Type of equipment – Typical IP Rehab gym equipment.

Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratios – 4 to 5 patients per therapist (usually 4).

Shift & Scheduling: Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.
