Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours: (Weekly) 40
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends and evenings may be necessary for new inpatient evals
Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 (three) years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.
