Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience

Types of Patients on Unit: Ortho-total joints, neuro- strokes, occasional brain injuries, don't see TBI; medical, and General ICU.

Unit Details: Areas required to cover: Acute Inpatient and Rehab, potentially ICU- depends on experience and need for ICU.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • No self scheduling.
  • Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends - about every 4th weekend, unless the traveler is assigned to weekends as their regular shift.
  • Holiday Requirements: As needed.
