Patient Population: ESRD-Hemodialysis, Cystic Fibrosis, HIV, COPD, CHF, Liver Failure, Sepsis, Osteomyelitis, CVA.
Age Range: 18 to end of life
Nurses can take progressive patients at a lower staffing ratio of 1/3
Will not be expected to interpret Tele monitors
Nurses only start IVs
