Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is preferred from last 3 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CNOR (Preferred)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Monday, Thursday, Friday Weekends- Required. Holidays- As Needed.

At least 4 On Call shifts per month.

Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in at least one of the following specialties:

              - Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotic, or Endovascular Surgery.

Scrub and Circulating Experience-Required.

Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other then those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer.

Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
