Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 2 years.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Level III: OR - Liver Acquisition

RN's must pass an EKG exam on the first day of orientation.

Monday to Friday.

No weekends or holidays. Responsibilities include:

Chart review to prepare patients for transplant clinic

Seeing patients in transplant clinic-intake, problem lists and med rec

Lab review

Calling patients with results/fielding patient calls

Liasing between the patients and their physicians
