Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in all areas of the OR.

Preferred Skills/Experience: DaVinci Robot

Special Requests:

• Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

• If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: weekends as scheduled, call in rotation.

• Call now consists of one weeknight call every 4 weeks from 7p-7a and one weekend shift call on either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday up to 24 hours per 3 month contract.
