Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 18 months of Cardiac Intensive Care Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: 18 months of strong cardiac ICU experience.

Must have CRRT/IABP experience

Vent, IV insertion. ang PICC lines experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Medical ICU population and CCU population: Sepsis, STEMI, IABP, CRRT, Over dose, resp. failure

Special procedure: Intubation, CRRT, line placement, bronch, scopes, basic BS procedure, hypothermia
