Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiac Transitional Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

PCCN (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Assignment for 26-32 weeks.

PCU: Cardiac Progressive Care Stepdown Tele/Surgical Focus.

12H ROT Day/ Nights.

Every weekend.

Must be willing to float to like units.

Must have prior experience in a large teaching facility.

Cardiothoracic, vascular experience required.

Must have Post-OP 1 day hearts open/closed experience to submit.

Cardiac experience required.

Monday to Sunday.

Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday.

IVS to offer.

This facility requires all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.

No block schedules for any reason.

Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
