Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

RNs only - Need at least a years worth of acute care experience within the past two years.

RNs only - One year of unit experience must be within the last two years

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: (unless otherwise noted): every other weekend

Call Requirements: no

Must Have Skills/Experience: Long Term Care experience

Type of Patients on Unit: Geriatric, Dementia

Scrub Color: any color

Any unacceptable attire: open toe shoes, tank tops, yoga pants, sweatshirts & camo print scrubs
